The Producers

Mel Brooks film; Zero Mostel, Gene Wilder, Dick Shawn

released: 1967 Nov 22   duration: 1:29:30

Down-on-his-luck theatrical producer Max Biyalistok is forced to romance rich old ladies to finance his efforts. When timid accountant Leo Bloom reviews Max's books, the two hit upon a way to make a fortune by producing a sure-fire flop, called "Springtime for Hitler."

At 50:14, during a casting call, there is a stage full of hopefuls for the lead. In the middle you can see a 3 ball juggler for 8 seconds in the background and then in the foreground, hoping to win the title role of Adolf Hitler.
